Brant Wildlife Festival

Celebrating 35 Years of Nature, Community, and Conservation”

2026 marks the 35th anniversary of the Brant Wildlife Festival, a beloved community celebration of nature and the rich biodiversity of the Mount Arrowsmith Biosphere Region.

Each year, more than 150 volunteers help host over 30 events, welcoming more than 3,000 guests in a single weekend to connect with nature, learn about conservation, and witness the spectacular return of the Pacific Black Brant geese to the Parksville Qualicum Beach Wildlife Management Area.

This weekend long, multi-location celebration of nature, environmental education, and sustainable tourism remains the only festival of its kind on Vancouver Island and a testament to our region’s enduring commitment to stewardship and community connection.

Thank you to the 2026 Brant Wildlife Festival sponsors!
